'doctrine,' ver. 2, is a different word. see Note, 1Cor. 1.5. growth - The Greek word is used for 'perfection' or 'full growth.' So in ch. 5.14 'solid food belongs to full-grown men' to which allusion is made here. in - Epi, lit.
