1 “I am about to send my messenger, who will clear the way before me. Indeed, the Lord you are seeking will suddenly come to his temple, and the messenger of the covenant, whom you long for, is certainly coming,” says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.
1 Behold, I send my messengerD6602, and he shall prepare the way before me; and the Lord whom ye seek will suddenly come to his temple, and the AngelD6603 of the covenantD6604, whom ye delight in: behold, he cometh, saith Jehovah of hosts.
messenger - Malach, i.e. messenger or angel. Angel - Malach, i.e. messenger or angel. covenant - See Ex. 32.34.
