12 May the Lord cut off from the community of Jacob every last person who does this, as well as the person who presents improper offerings to the Lord of Heaven’s Armies!
12 Jehovah will cut off from the tents of Jacob the man that doeth this, him that calleth and him that answerethD6597; and him that offereth an oblation unto Jehovah of hosts.
answereth - A circumlocution for 'all.'
12 The LORD will cut off the man that doeth this, the master and the scholar, out of the tabernacles of Jacob, and him that offereth an offering unto the LORD of hosts.
the Master and the scholar: Or, him that waketh and him that answereth.
