4 The wicked man is so arrogant he always thinks, “God won’t hold me accountable; he doesn’t care.”
4 The wicked [saith], in the haughtiness of his countenance, He doth not search outD3236: all his thoughts are, There is no God!
out - Or 'The wicked in his haughtiness doth not seek [God];' or 'troubleth himself for nothing.'
4 The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek [after God]: God [is] not in all his thoughts.
