24 But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Powerful One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,
24 But his bow abideth firm, And the arms of his hands are suppleD407 By the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob. From thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel:
supple - Or 'strong.'
24 But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty [God] of Jacob; (from thence [is] the shepherd, the stone of Israel:)
