6 But from those who were influential (whatever they were makes no difference to me; God shows no favoritism between people)—those influential leaders added nothing to my message.
6 But from those who were conspicuous as being somewhat whatsoever they were, it makes no difference to me: God does not accept man's person; for to me those who were conspicuous communicated nothingD8534;
nothing - It may be translated 'But from those who were conspicuous as being somewhat; (whatsoever they were it makes no difference to me; God does not accept man's person;) to me indeed [or, 'for to me'] those who were conspicuous communicated nothing.'
6 But of these who seemed to be somewhat, (whatsoever they were, it maketh no matter to me: God accepteth no man's person:) for they who seemed [to be somewhat] in conference added nothing to me:
