2 A scroll was found in the citadel of Ecbatana which is in the province of Media, and it was inscribed as follows: “Memorandum:
2 And there was found at AchmethaD2691 in the fortressD2692 that is in the province of Media a roll, and therein was a record thus written:
Achmetha - Ecbatana, capital of Great Media. fortress - Or 'capital.'
2 And there was found at AchmethaK2822, in the palace that [is] in the province of the Medes, a roll, and therein [was] a record thus written:
Achmetha: Or, Ecbatana, or in a coffer.
