4 As they went through the towns, they passed on the decrees that had been decided on by the apostles and elders in Jerusalem for the Gentile believers to obey.
4 And as they passed through the cities they instructed them to observe the decreesD7849 determined on by the apostles and elders who were in Jerusalem.
decrees - Or 'delivered to them the decrees to keep.'
4 And as they went through the cities, they delivered them the decrees for to keep, that were ordained of the apostles and elders which were at Jerusalem.
