To - The preposition is the same as before 'Jehovah' in ver. 2. but 'to' before 'thee,' at the end of ver. 2, is different. saints - Kadoshim. plural of Kadosh, which is used of God in Ps. 22.3; 71.22; 78.41; 89.18; 99.3,5; Hab. 1.12, &c., and is translated 'holy' – 'holy one.' It is used of 'Aaron,' Ps. 106.16.
