15 People do not light a lamp and put it under a basket but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all in the house.

bushel - I have left 'bushel' as well known; it was a measure under half a bushel.
15 “Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushelK6559, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.”
a bushel: [symbol in wrong place in 1611] the word in the original signifieth a measure containing about a pint less than a peck.
