10 but the goat which has been designated by lot for Azazel is to be stood alive before the Lord to make atonement on it by sending it away into the desert to Azazel.
10 And the goat upon which the lot fell for Azazel shall be set alive before Jehovah, to make atonement withD839 it, to send it away as Azazel into the wilderness.

10 But the goat, on which the lot fell to be the scapegoat, shall be presented alive before the LORD, to make an atonement with him, [and] to let him go for a scapegoat into the wilderness.
