4 and bring the heifer down to a wadi with flowing water, to a valley that is neither plowed nor sown. There at the wadi they are to break the heifer’s neck.
4 and the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto an ever-flowing watercourseD1301, which is not tilled, nor is it sown, and shall break the heifer's neck there in the watercourseD1302;
