13 Hiram asked, “Why did you give me these towns, my friend?” He called that area the region of Cabul, a name which it has retained to this day.
13 And he said, What cities are these which thou hast given me, my brother? And he called them the land of CabulD2150 to this day.
Cabul - i.e. 'pledged,' or according to others, 'of no value.'

Cabul: that is, displeasing Or, dirty.
