9 Everyone who has been fathered by God does not practice sin, because God’s seed resides in him, and thus he is not able to sin, because he has been fathered by God.
9 WhoeverD9383 has been begotten of God does not practise sin, because his seed abides in him, and he cannot sin, because he has been begotten of God.
Whoever - Or 'no one that has been begotten (or 'is born') of God practises.' see vers. 6,10; ch. 2.29.
9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
